Orders placed within the USA ship free via USPS priority, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground, depending on weight, size and fastest estimated delivery. For expedited shipping, contact us and let us know you needed it yesterday. We will look for the timeliest method of getting it in your hands. Please note expedited shipping will speed up the shipping process and not necessarily the order turnaround. We will do our best however to make that happen.
If a product is in stock, it will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Due to the handmade nature of our work, some items require 6-8 days for production. Once your item has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that your product is on its way.
We will gladly ship internationally, however we ask that you provide an extra one to two weeks of transit time for your item to arrive. For all individual orders there is a $30.00 flat rate international option to select upon checkout. For larger orders or wholesale shipments please email for a real time shipping quote. We will ship your package via USPS international priority mail. Upon shipment a tracking number will be issued to you. Depending on location please allow 6-10 days for transit. All import/customs charges/taxes/duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please see details below.
If you order any product from busk and bask for delivery outside the U.S., it may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the package enters your country. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order. All packages will be marked with the value of the item or items as paid by the customer. We cannot mark the item as a gift.
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us provided the item is in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a store credit or refund. This does not apply to items that are customized in any way, in which case all sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that have been used or exhibit marks of wear. Please include all original tags along with the packing slip, and notify us in advance of any return, exchange, or repair we should be expecting or the package is subject to refusal. We cannot be held liable or responsible for items lost in postage, therefore we recommend using a reliable carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Please note: international orders, special orders, wholesale orders and sale items are not eligible for returns except in the case of workmanship defects or mistakes made on our behalf.

We stand behind our product's quality and workmanship- busk and bask takes full responsibility for material and manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the delivery date. This covers manufacturing defects only and not general wear and tear including marks or natural color changes brought about through leather aging. Please see the materials | care section of the website for advice and help in prolonging the life of your bag or accessory. If your busk and bask item is in need of a repair of some sort from general wear and tear, we recommend giving the work to a local repair shop. If it is a manufacturing defect specific to our materials, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you further instructions.
